How we handle your information.

Short version: we only collect what you give us when you book a call or write to us, we use it to talk to you, and we never sell it.

Who we are

Introduce Co is a growth agency for the people behind the brand. This page explains what personal information we collect through introduceco.com, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. For any question, write to contact@introduceco.com.

What we collect

When you book a call. Bookings run through Cal.com. We receive your name, your email address, the time you picked and anything you choose to write in the booking questions.

When you email us. Your email address and whatever you put in the message.

When you visit the site. Our host, Webflow, keeps standard technical logs (such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested) to run and secure the site. We do not use advertising cookies, and we do not track you across other sites.

Why we use it

To reply to you, to prepare for and hold the call you booked, to follow up on that conversation, and to keep the site running and secure. Our legal basis is your request (when you book or write to us) and our legitimate interest in answering people who contact us and running our business. We do not sell your information, and we do not add you to a newsletter unless you ask us to.

Who helps us

We use a small number of trusted providers who process data for us: Webflow (website hosting), Cal.com (call booking) and Google Workspace (email and calendar). Some of them are based in the United States. Where data leaves the European Economic Area, it is protected by the safeguards those providers offer, such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

How long we keep it

We keep booking and email information for as long as the conversation is active, and for up to three years after our last contact with you, unless we work together, in which case it is kept for as long as the engagement and our legal obligations require. Technical logs are kept by our host for a short period.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information, to restrict or object to how we use it, or to receive a copy of it. Write to contact@introduceco.com and we will answer within one month. If you are in the European Union and are not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to your local data protection authority (in France, the CNIL).

Our clients' information

The stories, accounts and data we handle for clients are covered by our agreements with them, not by this page.

Changes

If we change how we handle personal information, we will update this page and the date below.
